Dive Bars & Empty Glasses
Poems for all of us who have ever made a mistake, live with regrets or simply felt, at times, that life is too much.
Some of the poems in this book deal with addiction, loss, sadness, despair and suicide. There are no judgements on these pages, only explorations. Not everyone who drinks is an alcoholic, not everyone who considers suicide is beyond reach of hope. No mistake is unforgivable.
Every one of us struggles at some point. Some of us harder than others. But life is precious and there is always hope. If you are having thoughts of suicide please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

Tantrums and Tempests
Tantrums and Tempests is a collection of poems exploring social and political issues impacting America, as well as the rest of the world. The reader is encouraged to look beyond their experiences, beliefs, current understandings, political affiliations, and their privilege (If they have any.) and truly see what others may be experiencing. Only through honest evaluation of our selves and our beliefs, will we be able to heal America and the world.
Captured Moments
Captured Moments is a collection of poetry that explores both the magic and the beauty found in everyday ordinary moments. Too often we fail to take time to truly appreciate the fullness of our surroundings and the experiences that we are having. These poems offer us all an opportunity to sit back and breathe so that we may once again connect with the fullness of our lives. They are a reminder that there is more to life than what comes next, to put aside our worries just for a little while, and revel in what 'IS' at this very moment.
